After having a Brother mono printer for 5 years we decided to upgrade to colour. Set up was easy, Wi-Fi connection a little more difficult but got there in the end.

Colour is good and no issues with printing. However, there is a reason for only 4 stars.

We purposely paid extra for a two sided printer, but, whilst this machine does print on both sides, regardless of choosing flip on long side or flip on short side, the second side is always upside down - not really ideal and meaning we have to print things as one sided.

Our previous machine did not have this issue. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it as they could by a cheaper one sided printed version.

I have had this printer for 9 months now. When it arrived, it was amazingly simple to install - indeed I have never had such a quick and simple installation of any printer. I've actually located it inside a very large cupboard - so it isn't even taking up any desk space at all. I have found the print quality excellent and I'm very pleased indeed with my purchase, especially as it comes with big capacity toner cartridges.

I purchased a Brother HL-L8260CDW in Dec 2021. It is now just over year since it was first installed and is now out of warranty. It is currently functioning very well and seamlessly communicating with a Dell laptop Windows 11 via the laptops USB port. Have not tried the printer's WiFi facility yet. When initially purchased, though, it was communicating with a different laptop - one that was running Windows 8.1. In my view the printer is a great product, and performs better still now that it is working with the Windows 11 platform. It was very easy to install within the current Windows 11 environment. I do not use the printer every day - primarily I print monochrome documents and the print quality of such products is excellent. The colour print quality appears to be good to me too, but I have a minor colour vision defect so perhaps I am not the best judge of the quality of colour printing. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

This has been the easiest printer to set up. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. Connects and prints from all my devices, laptop, desktop, iPad and iPhone

I’m very pleased with this print, good quality printing, very easy and quick to set up, would recommend.

Well packaged, not too large so sits nicely on my desktop, set up took a while trying to connect up but sussed it out when trying a different PC port. Print quality is very good and speed of printing better than expected. Overall very pleased.

Bought a couple of weeks ago and to date more than happy with this purchase. Excellent print quality and easy to install. Great to be able to print off my mobile. When buying from different outlets check on the capacity of the cartridges. I got the higher capacity ones for the same price as the smaller ones.

I bought this printer a week ago and it had been great in doing what it’s suppose to do at very high speeds! Great for the office!!

I brought this product to replace the Canon printer that we had. We wanted a colour laser printer that had multiple connectivity (USB, WiFi) and that gave good quality printing. The only down side is its size, but its a great printer that is extremely easy to set up and print to from anywhere in the house.

I bought this product as our previous unit stopped printing i yellow, and also we required a compact unit that could airprint.

Bought a brother printer as it’s a trusted brand and I’ve had other brother printers previously but this time I wanted a wireless printer for ease of printing invoices from my mobile. And yet again I’m not disappointed so easy to use and set up and good print quality.

It is a large printer, only just fits in my office cupboard (I should of check the measurements) overall highly recommend

I've had this for a month now and done some great prints from it, very versatile for lots of different types of paper, colour's are very true. So much better than my ink jet printer. Chose this laser printer as the cost per copy is very reasonable for the quality of print. Love it and highly recommend.

I was abit worried about the set up of this, but it was so easy. I’m not technical at all and have managed to connect to a number of devices. So handy to be able to print from the copy and paste function from my mobile! Ink is very reasonably priced too!

I bought this a month or so ago to replace a Samsung laser printer. The quality of the prints from this one are much better, it is faster and the wifi printing actually works.

Bought this a month ago, and so far so good. I'm not an IT novice and am used to working with broadband connectivity. Has to be said connecting this printer wasn't that straight forward. Managed it in the end, but the process could be a lot more seamless and intuitive. That said, once connected everything else was as it should be on operation. Good quality A4 colour prints with high resolution. Good type sharpness and photographic quality. Graduations are also smooth and overall so far very happy with the purchase.

I bought this printer through a national retailer and it was delivered quickly. The primer was very easy to set up and since installation I have faultlessly printed off many dozens of black and white and colour pages with no complaints. It works on the network and through air print form all my devices and produces good quality documents. Very happy with the results. I have also been printing on card with the same results.

Printer is of top quality and very easy to assemble. If you have a small ofiice and need printing for school kids this is a perfect printer.

WIFI printing is an added advantage (make sure that your password is strong)

Not good for -

Photos or

for printing excess of 1000 pages a day

Overall very happy with the printer so far..

Only thing I would like to say is that, add USB cable with the machine (won't cost you a lot)

Bought for graphics not photo use I have to say I am blown away by the graphics quality.

This printer is seriously good value for money.

I’ve been looking for a colour laser for some while. Came across this Brother unit advertised on Curry’s website. Great reviews, well built, good quality color production. Made the purchase and I’m really pleased so far. The set up including wifi as a breeze.

I’ve had the printer for a fortnight and am extremely happy and satisfied with it. I should have bought it years ago but we are where we are
