Excellent binoculars
I wanted binoculars that would give me high magnification, stability and clear glass.
The Canon 18x50 have proven to fit with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended
Great optics, Shame about the case.
I have had these for a few weeks now and am impressed with the optical quality and especially the stabilisation.
The case is very flimsy and the protection (A sticky patch) covering the fastening on the inner case doesn't reflect the quality of the binoculars and may in time damage the binocular casing. There are no front lens caps so the protection provided by the case is next to useless (These are not cheap and need a more quality case).
I think Canon could have upped their case quality for the price.

Great to see distant movement like aircraft then view without wobble!

it's been a wish list item for some years however..
it is to said that binos on tripods do not also work wonders
Brilliant for sailors
We bought these binoculars because I am colour blind so at night when coming into port it is really difficult to determine where to go. These binoculars are fantastic. Expensive ..yes. Amazingly...good..yes. Get a pair
