The printer is useless, constantly dropping off internet / device connection when air printing. Constant paper jams in places you cannot reach front or back. The ink costs are an absolute outrage. Would never buy a brother printer again, use your money wisely and but y a different brand.

have had my brother printer for a few years and initially it was good to use but after a year the Printing started to break up.

This printer has been a disaster this last year and will be disposed of.

I would never recommend this type of printer for anyone that I know.

Consistently stops because there isn't enough colour ink. We only use black/mono. Even when we replace colour ink it seems to dry out in no time at all. Printed approx 50 black print labels over a matter of months and the colour ink has ran out! What has happened does the vibration of the machine dry it out? This machine will not print at all if you do not have both colour and black catridges in. We had a double sized black catridge in and smaller colour catridges. The only nice thing about this is the way it looks. It looks impressive but it is a lame duck! Doesn't print on that many papers and on some that it does, fades quickly. We use only brother ink!

Very easy to setup and use. Also very compact so does not take too much room.

Easy to operate, instructions easy to follow. Had it setup in no time.

Got this printer a few weeks ago. Took minutes to set up and connect to my wi fi. Ideal for printing my Rita’s from work as on a4 they are so tiny they are hard to see. A3 printing is fantastic.

This is my second Brother printer because I trust the product due to the quality and the cost of the ink I use. Initially, I experienced issue setting up with my wifi because I was not doing something correctly. The online chat support were prompt and the person helped me to resolve the issue within one minute. The print quality is excellent and I can do double-sided printing of my daughter’s summer work materials and my work without wasting paper. It is super easy to print A4 and A3 copies. A slight delay printing double sided as not as quick as laser models.

Will not print A4 or A3 correctly. The old Brother i had was fab, this the newer version is one of the ones you want to lunch out the window !!!

Printer is easy to set-up, so you are printing and scanning A3 and A4 drawings and documents in no time at all

Great for printing all kinds of graphic design. A3 printing works well. Doesn't seem to swallow the ink quickly & seems reliable (only had it a few months). Quality of printing is perfect. Prints daily quickly too. I'm really pleased with the product.

Only downside or this product is the size. It's very bulky (I guess that's the problem with all A3 printers)

We purchased this a month ago now needed a printer for homeschooling and work

Does exactly what we need only flaw is manually feeding a3 sheets

Bought this printer for my home office as i work remotely these days and couldn't be happier, wireless printing and scanner works good. Easy to set up.

Anyhow, the printer is decent, nice large tray for paper, clever scanner, good build quality, and I like the ease of access to the ink but......

I couldn't print a black and white postage label because I was out of magenta ink......

Seriously, what are you doing? Do you realise how much hassle you caused me. There is no good reason for this to be the case and the fact I couldn't override it was incredibly infuriating.

I got it 3 weeks ago. It looks nice and works great. I am happy with it.

I bought this printer last week and the whole family is very happy with it. Quick printing and easy to use.

Very complicated but that is what hi tec is all about.. I am enjoying messing about inside the enormous 799 page manual. I shall be 90 by the time I have read it all. Both it and myself will be out of date by then. Printing is a bit slow directly from my iPad Pro but when used with one of those posh very expensive scanners it became almost instantaneous. Magical!

We have had this printer for 10 months. It is easy to set up, print quality is as good as anything else on the market, ink consumption is excellent, but that is the only thing going for it. Build quality is worse than Christmas crackers. There are no separate trays for A3 and A4. It is slow to interact with computer on a wireless setting. It is slow in printing drawings, even on its fastest setting. It will not print a section of a drawing on A3 despite all settings being shown A3. It is a fairly decent machine, but HP makes far superior printers at this price range.

I bought this printer because I wanted A3 prints and have found it to be the best printer/scanner ever.

I have had the machine some 2 months. Simple to operate, much faster than my previous brother, less paper jambs. Overall worth the money.

Over the years we’ve had a number of brother printers but this is far better than the others!

I've been using Brother printers for quite some time now so this model was clearly the next progression. I'm very impressed.

Purchased printer for office as Epson broke.

Good quality and fast printing so happy so far.

Can't seem to get it to load more than 1 a3 piece of paper and print out more than 1 at a time though :-/ maybe something I'm doing wrong!

Also cant find how to claim the £60 cashback that has been offered
