Works great for monitoring cooking grate level temps for accurate grilling.

I've only used it once since purchase, but boy did it work great. It's nice to have a dedicated probe for measuring my grill temp (I have a 22" classic round grill with no lid thermometer). I now can better predict when to close or open vents, add charcoal, remove and wrap meats. Thanks Weber

I love the temperature probe. It’s so much more accurate and consistent than poking tone meet every once in while.

Brilliant addition to my iGrill. I have used the food probes extensively and tried to use one as an ambient temperature probe when cooking ribs but couldn’t get accurate temperatures. This little probe is fantastic and allows me to track both the food temperature and the correct oven temperature.

Working well so far. Had one time where it discerned but after that has performed as advertised.
