Works fine if you are close enough to the grill
Wish the blue tooth was stronger but works great within a 20 foot range

Perfect Turkey
I purchased the iGrill 3 for cooking my Thanksgiving turkey. Oven space is at a premium at this time of year, so thought I'd try cooking the turkey on my new Genesis II. The iGrill worked perfectly; one probe in the breast and one in the thigh made it very easy to track the internal temperatures for a perfectly cooked turkey. I had no problem syncing it with my iPhone and it was very easy to set the desired temps in the app. The turkey was perfectly browned and tasted great. Can't wait to try it on other cuts of meat.
Great Probes
Great probes and easy to install. Works well with the Weber app.
The iGrill 3 is a great addition to my grill
My new Weber Grill is much more controllable and can get hotter than my old grill. The iGrill 3 lets me monitor the grill temperature and the meat temperature much better than before. It came with 2 temperature sensors, which is perfect for me. It can also take 2 more sensors if I need them. Great addition to my grilling experience.
Technology joins Art of grilling.
Probes have changed the way I grill and made grilling almost fool proof.
Igrill 3
The igrill 3 is very user friendly and was easy to setup.
Easy and Accurate
The iGrill 3 is easy to install and use. The phone app is also easy to use and I like how I can save what I grill and put notes in it. Example, chicken should be cooked with internal temperature at 165. I did that the first time but since it continues to cook after removal, I entered a note to remind me take chicken off at ~162/163 degrees.

Good Splurge Item!
A good splurge upgrade! Is this necessary? No. A regular meat thermometer works. Is it handy? Yes. Easy to set up, just follow the directions. Bluetooth will disconnect if you walk away too far. Easy to reconnect.
It's terrible. Bluetooth extends no more than 10ft
I've had this BBQ since my 50th. I love the Weber Genesis II. Yet, the iGrill3 SUCKS. it's an absolute embarrassment for the Weber name. My light also quit, but the BBQ itself goes strong. Don't care about extras and you're fine. I love a meat probe, so if anyone can suggest a different brand of BBQ or device, I'm ready to destroy my iGrill3.. sucks.
Weber with the assist!
!Great accessory for the non master grilled. Know exactly what temps you’re working with without opening the lid. Customized to fit certain grills too!
I purchased this because I love my iGrill Mini and wanted something more comprehensive with multiple probes. Really obnoxious that there's no basic holder for this and it's ONLY meant to be mounted into the front of a Spirit II or Genesis II. It's one thing to be compatible, it's another to not be a standalone product at all. Bought this primarily for my smoker because I needed multiple probes for low and slow cooks. I will have to fabricate my own holder for it since this is, in my opinion, an incomplete product.
Good idea
The IGRILL 3 works very good, the only draw back I have is that there is no alert notification when the meat has reached its halfway temperature point so I can flip whatever I’m cooking (for example if I’m cooking steaks). I still need to monitor the temperature in order to do that, very surprised that Weber didn’t include that feature on the IGRILL 3?
Love my igrill
Bought my igrill 3 around six months ago. To this day it’s working like a charm. I’m a huge stake eater and always had a problem cooking 2 inch thick steaks. Not anymore! I like everything in a perfect medium and that’s all I’m eating these days. I highly recommend this product.
But it is lacking one feature!
I have two igrill 3’s on my grill here at my house and one at the lake house. The only complaint I have is that the probes cannot be used with the rotisserie and I have been waiting for Weber to come out with a fix which would have to be a wireless probe. I enjoy a rotisserie chicken or Turkey breast or Eye of the Round roast. And there is a difference between rotisserie and putting in the roast holder.
disappointed igrill thermometer probes
Both probes that came with the igrill 3 stopped working after 6 months of use
Sad to say this was the only time Weber let me dow
Great concept not sure where it went wrong
Maybe software?
Despair gone!
I bought iGrill 3 a couple of years ago and was hugely disappointed. Something happened either on your end or mine. Thanksgiving. Turkey. One last time with iGrill 3. It works! We had the perfect turkey this year (2022). Perfectly cooked. Able to follow progress on both my iPhone and Apple Watch. Put me in the "Happy camper" column.
Weak Bluetooth
You can’t get more than 10’ from your girl or you have reconnect the Bluetooth. I don’t bother with it anymore. When will you come out with one that fits on the grill like this one and is WiFi?
Garbage after using maybe 20 or so times
Bought the device a couple years ago. I've used it sparingly over that time and now the blue tooth doesn't work.
Works great but too hot to handle.
The technology and software work well. The one issue is removing or adjusting the hot probe. If you leave the black plastic on it could melt in the hot grill. If not the metal is too hot to touch.
Temperature Adjustment Recommendation
If food is cooking too fast or too slow, it would be nice if the iGrill could recommend a temperature adjustment based on type of food selected to grill.
Bluetooth
Waste of money!! Won't stay connected (paired) for more than 5-10 minutes grill is in garage 30-40 feet away! All my other bluethooth devices don't have this problem very annoying always have to go to garage reload the app and pair every 5-10 min. It's A BIG hassle not worth it!
Could be cool - but ZERO support!
I tried to like it.
Nice design, Bluetooth worked, and I was grilling!
Then, temps varied. Finally the started on the 200s+ and wouldn’t go down. I swapped probes, replaced the battery - no joy.
Support is a joke. Tickets are NEVER answered. I don’t know why tfe bother to accept requests, since nobody answers them.
Pretty paperweight is what I have now…
Bluetooth connection is lost frequently
The only issue which unfortunately makes the product unreliable is the poor connectivity over Bluetooth.
Imagine your meat is cooking and temperature readings are fine and then all of a sudden no more reading as the connection is lost.
Depending upon when this happened your good can get overcooked in not knowing when it reached or will reach the target temperature.
