For such a small speaker the sound is rich and full. Great build quality, one of the best small i have come across.

Sound quality from one speaker is great but when you want to run 2 speakers as a stereo pair seems you have to re set every time and most often takes several attempts.

Sending them back as wanted easy transportable stereo pair

I already own a Bose surround sound cinema system but wanted good portable sound in other rooms. This Bluetooth speaker is brilliant, we have had it for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. The sound quality is everything we expected from a Bose product. Couldn't be more pleased.

Terrible leaflet included. Poor poor quality paper. And instructions too. Ab disgrace. Am having awful problems linking my 2 speakers. Such a shame. My other products are excellent Shabby treatment of customers. Ab danger of outsourcing a product name to not good producer. Shame indeed. Can’t say I would recommend Bose anymore

Bought this for my husband's birthday, and it's brilliant, great sound.

I bought 1 of these and was so delighted that i got another to pair up with first one. Oh what a sad disappointment. Once paired, they are great, but the pairing is truely terrible, clunky and very unreliable l. To give you an idea of just how bad it is, I have noted my last 10 attempts to pair them. Not once did they pair first time, in total I encountered 32 faults in the test period. The most annoying is when the speakers shut themselves down, easily fixed by connecting them to a power source but no use whatsoever if you are on a picnic. I had 8 shutdowns in the test period, this is how truely dreadful they are. Just in case you wondered, yes, I do have the software fully up to date.

Great sound from a small speaker that is very portable and lightweight.

I was loving this speaker until it stopped charging I have tried every possible trick and tip. Knocking on Bose officials to help me here.

I have has this speaker for about a month now, while I am delighted with the sound quality, i have been unable to get the Bose SoundLink Colour lI to connect to my pc. I have had qualified technicians try to help, and they have come to the conclucsion that this speaker is not compatable to enable me to connect to Windows 10 for me to play back my ITunes music, it will however connect first time with my phone and tablet. I have tried for a month now, but the only way it will play is to use a cable which was not the point of buying this bluetooth speaker, this was not a cheap speaker and I really had hoped for better! Shame, an excellent gadget that does not fulfill its whole potential.

Had this for a couple of months battery didn't even last an hour after the last charge. Apart from that the speaker is great but i'm seriously unhappy with the battery quality. The most I've had out of it is about 4 hours. It's a bit of a scam that battery life can't be rated below.

Purely because the battery life is so poor it really ruins the portability so I have to mark this as poor overall. I have owned much cheaper speakers in the past that were nowhere near as poor.
