Canon IXUS 185 -digikamera, hopea

I had to replace my old Ixus which I completely wore out after approximately 6 years of daily use for my Surveying Practice. Couldn’t find a better camera for the job, flexible, reliable, great picture quality, good battery life. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything in the features is exactly as how it was described. So happy with the quality and simplicity.

I need to replace another compact camera that I had had for over ten years. This IXUS 185 is of very sound quality and gives a very good picture quality.

Bought as a replacement for my wife's Canon Ixus 60. We were pleased with that and the new 185 seems to be same, yet it is early days to say.

But perhaps this Ixus185 model is outdated now? - no wifi connection and lower resolution, but adequate.

The battery works but there was no SD card at all supplied. Also, beware no viewfinder any more on this Ixus model - done for cheapness I expect.

Hopefully battery will last like our old Ixus 60 did.

I don't think my new Ixus quite matches up to my old. Where you put in the battery and memory card appears very fragile to me in fact, the whole camera doesn't appear as robust as the one it has replaced.

When I bought this camera I was aware that it did not come with a cable to connect it to a PC/laptop. As the cable from a previous Canon camera was not suitable, I went inot your website to purchase the cable using the spare part number quoted on the online manual. I could not find it, therefore I am having to use the memory card to download my pictures into my laptop, which is not ideal.
