I have had this printer for 1 year and is impossible to use. It does not connect to anything. And it never works half the time. Save yourself pain and tears and don't buy it!

I have my printer now 3 years. It wasn't that easy to set up for office use and its scanning set up are poor) but the nail in its coffin has been over the last 2 months of spending a fortune in inks & cleaners because it constantly refuses to recognise new cartridges (Brother or otherwise) and ergo wont print. Totally and thoroughly fed up with this machine.

Great bit of kit ticks every box, head and shoulders above any other printer I’ve had in the past

i purchased this product just over a month ago and it was easy to install, and provides exactly what i was looking for regards photocopies/ printing and scanning in A3 size, compared to the cost of other similar products, it was a great buy

Got this a couple of weeks ago. Was dreading trying to set it up, but it all working straight away. Very happy. Quality good too, just what I was needing.

The A3 printing is basically what I purchased the printer for.

Don’t need to change the printer tray the printer picks it for me.

I upgraded to the J6930DW from a single paper feed MFC as i had enough of changing the paper trays. this machine has two paper trays and solves that issue. However scanning on it is now much worse. you can no longer change the size of the scanning from the touch screen and apparently need to only go through the programme on the computer which is frustrating as before you could just tap a few buttons and change from scanning A4 to A3. it was very simple and one of the best previous features that they have lost.

This is an extremely fast printer and good quality also

Fabulous all in one printer, copier, scanner. Great price and easy to use and although fairly big it sure packs a punch. Can highly recommend and would never go for a different band. #brotheralltheway!

Unable to use my HP due to end of Flash Player and then printer died on me I needed a replacement. Been looking for a affordable A3 / A4 printer. Spent some time researching and decided on this model. Huge improvement over my now dead HP. Well worth the money paid.

Love the feature for loading paper in 3 locations. Scans fast on 2 sides in one run. Had a small Brother before and was impressed with reliability, I hope this is the same.

Print quality good, speed good, links well wifi wise and prints quick from there.

In general does everything very well, I’d buy again and again if need be

I bought this printer for the office just before Xmas and it’s been a great purchase. Simple to set up and use, it’s been invaluable.

Had the machine about three months it works well is reliable and prints quickly.

I have had this printer for about a month now and so far I am really happy with it. It is large, but you would expect that as it can scan and photocopy and print on A3. I have now bought some high yield ink as my Cyan ran out very quickly. Although it says that the inks last for about 550 pages, I was shocked how quick it ran out. Having said that, I was printing double sided on A3 in colour and there was approximately 142 pages. So if you equate that to 284 pages in A4 I used up half in just that printing. Just remember this when printing on A3, it uses twice as much ink as A4. I am also impressed with the scanning to my laptop, it worked really well. I have not tried from my mobile yet.

I bought this machine to replace an aging Epsom and gave generally been pleased with it.

However it is unreliable on double sided printing and occasionally just stops/hangs/freezes. I can’t see a pattern to this except it tends to be prints from web pages. Just annoying but otherwise good.

The scanner is super as finally I’ve found one which scans A3 sized documents and paintings. I use it all the time for scanning my watercolours and the quality is superb. Really easy to use from an iPhone too. The app is great and the print quality is really good too. Really pleased. This is my first Brother printer and I won’t go back to HP or Epson after this.

I needed an A3 scanner to help me with my work. Researched different machines but Brother came out on top everytime . This machines exceeds my expectations in everyway

Little did I think having a Brother would be so good, fitting straight in with no difficulties and entertaining all of us! I wish all Brothers could be this good!

I bought this about 2 weeks and I had No Problems. But it is a bit too big to fit on a normal desk. I connected it to my computer wi-fi without any problems.

I recently purchased this awesome printer for my work as a Visual Artist.

Now I am able reproduce my own reference material to professional quality which is fantastic and saves me from out sourcing print elsewhere.

It’s very user friendly and the set up was simple and very quick compared to other printers of similar spec.

It’s a vital part of my business now and I am so glad I purchased it.

I have recently bought this and it has surpassed my expectations regarding print quality and speed and the scanning quality. I would not hesitate recommending this printer to anyone

Bought this 2 weeks ago and seemed easy to set up. Print quality is very good and printing is quick.

The ink cartridges included with the printer in the box must be just demo ones as the blue ink ran out after less than a week of low level home printing. The machine kept working for a day or so on other colours then would not print anything at all until the blue was replaced.

I have the printer linked up to my computer and it is printing what I send to it. However, whenever I try to scan, it says it cant find a computer which seems odd. I followed the set up instructions to the letter and haven't had time to try to investigate why this isn't working. I hope it's just some fine print instructions I haven't seen yet.

This is the best printer I ever use, it’s fast, inks are cheap, prints beautiful colourful images and also allow you to print via phone.
