Very loud. Problems with setting the printing conditions ( suboptimal) No user manual added. Buttoms :Black and Color funtion?? They seem dont work. The attached catridges are soon emptied. if you think ecology,don t buy the producte.

Happy enough with the printer (once I'd worked out how to get the driver as my laptop doesn't have a CD drive), but as others have said - no usb cable provided to connect with the PC as this is not a wireless printer!

Dont waste your money - Not wireless and doesnt come with the USB cable needed whats the point...

For starters it doesn't even come with the USB cable required! The setup is so complicated and wouldn't even install on my computer would get half way then say the printer wasn't detected when it was very clearly connected. Absolutely awful you can buy much better printers for the same money.

This does what it says good quality of printing.

Had to go and buy a printer cable none with product.

Far too complicated to setup for such a basic printer

I bought this just over a month ago as previous printer gave up after about 10 years. Delivery was quick and set up relatively straightforward. My main requirement is for data printing and so far it has performed admirably. I tried to set up for scanning but failed. I will need to have a try at this later. For the price I will be happy if it continues to print as well as it is doing now.

I bought this a few weeks ago to copy my Christmas letter and other bits I am so glad I did. It’s perfect for my use.

I bought this printer a month ago but it took me ages to install the driver. Once I sorted that out I'm really pleased with my purchase. So easy to use.

My pc doesn't have a dvd facility. I'm obliged to load software from the Internet. The instructions are unintelligible. I've spent hour after hour trying to decipher it but still haven't got it loaded. The instructions just won't load. They go so far and then just stop.

Yet another example of buying on the Internet going wrong. The printer is gathering dust and another 30 quid wasted. I guess I'll never learn.

Broke cartridge carriage trying to take cartridge out....

I bought this because it was a cheap option. It comes with a CD for the setup but who has a CD drive in their laptops now? Not me. After puzzling for a while I realised I would need to download the drivers to get it to work which was a bit of a mission. I also ended up buying a USB cable. Overall not really good value. Very disappointing. The print quality is ok but not as sharp as my previous Epsom printer

The printer itself serves the purpose, but it was problematic to install and the third party which the Canon help centre referred me to simply wanted to sell me an expensive antivirus. The installation problem was an existing printer driver on my computer which was confusing the set up processor, and nothing to do with a virus. It simply required an un install on the previous printer!
