very good printer. I couldn't align it to all apps, phoned up and had excellent service

For me I love that I can scan multiple pages at a time and upload the .pdf to my computer. I love that I can print front and back to save paper. Set up for me was complicated a bit, but then again, I have to read instructions when I buy a toaster :)

No glitches or paper jam problems . Does a good job in a busy small office. Quality of printing is very good. Very happy with it.

a bit big in size but works well

the printer is really good, and despite people on the web saying it was hard to set up and link with my Apple devices I did not find this at all. I did contact the help centre to ask about paper, they suggested a thickness and finish which I ended up purchasing which is a Cannon product. I did purchase Cannon ink but I haven't had cause to change a cartridge yet. As I often work into the night printing used to be a problem as my old machine was noisy, this isn't the case with the Maxify so it doesn't wake my wife up. I find the quality of the finished prints are really good, this enables me to create my own brochures.

Does everything I want

Really good features; double siding, collates, double paper draw, easy to connect and use with accessible ink change, on screen instructions simple to follow and quite mode is bliss. Downside the ink may be costly if heavy use.

Very good value & features for the cost.

Relatively easy to set up but some initial first print problems - make sure that you fully complete the installation process. After reinstallation quality is fantastic.

For me as a "Silver surfer" I find the basic tasks simple to achieve.
