I bought this exactly a month ago and it stopped charging completely.I am so frustrated I tried to reset it ( solution given by tony in Bose community thread) but it’s still isn’t charging. I am not happy with this product .

I was not expecting this problem just after a month use .

They are slightly louder than Bose SoundSport, both are good ! stick to the ears, comfortable even when i run or workout at the gym

I bought these for my other half for Christnas for when he goes running, and I'm so pleased i did. He loves them. Great sound, easy to charge, secure in the ears with the twist action to secure them in-ear and a clip to attach them to his running top. Easy to connect to phone and did i mention the brilliant sound. Only downside is that the charging cable is a bit short and could be longer

Great headphones everything I'd expect of a Bose product.

Normally use Sennheiser earphones but didn’t like the look of their sports offering. Also used PowerBeats so Bose had to live up to a lot. With trepidation I picked these Bose earphones And was not disappointed. They have amazing sound quality and can cope with a range of music styles. Not noise cancelling but isolation is good and leakage is minimal. Fit is spot on medium sport tips fitted perfectly. Tried the other sizes but not any better so stuck with medium. On a five mile run In hot weather I did not need to adjust. They just stayed put better than any other sports earphones I have used. Really lightweight with good battery life. Onboard controls need a bit of pressure which I worrying for longer term wear but they work well. Only niggle is the Bose connect app as it appears to be quite basic when compared with the Sennheiser offering which comes with customisable sound profiles in a a graphic equaliser. Not a big issue but at this price range some better functionality would be nice. Other than that top class

Got a pair of these as a gift for Christmas 2018. The first pair died 11 months later. I was given a replacement by the retailer and this pair cannot be turned off and is stuck on maximum volume. Bose clearly have serious quality control issues. I won't be buying Bose again.

As a runner, I wanted headphones that stay securely in place. These do, as well as giving the high quality sound I expect from BOSE. I hope they last as long as my Quiet Comfort headphones.

I'll be honest, I bought these second hand. On the whole good but I thought they were broken when I went on to a call and sound only came out of the right ear. Apparently there are purposefully designed to be like this. Why on earth would I want headphones that only work in one ear for phone calls!?

Hoping there will be a software update to rectify this.

Very poor quality. The clip has broken multiple times, with very light and careful use. Now the cover has come away from the right hand side and the power on/off no longer works. The sound is very leaky, and they continue fall out of my ears despite trying all the fittings provided.

I needed earphones that stayed in my ears when I was running. I couldn’t justify the cost of the Apple ear pods plus was convinced I’d lose one. My friend recommended these. The Bose earphones are great. They don’t move at all, no annoying wire to get my hands caught up in and great sound.

I bought my SoundSport wireless headphones in Oct '16. At first these were great on all important fronts: sound, battery, fit, wireless connection. After almost a year and a half the power button stopped working. Bose replaced the headphones on warranty - fair enough, good service.

As time went on, the volume in the left earpiece became less than in the right, and now the bass has completely gone from the left earpiece, with the result that even recorded books sound poor. Listening to music just isn't an option. I have checked that the firmware is up-to-date. I have compared the same recording with a different manufacturer's wired in-ear headphones, and they had equal volume and bass in both ears, so it isn't my own left ear that is at fault. The replacement set are hardly over two years old and as good as unusable.

Just had these delivered this week got to say very good, sound is brilliant and they fit in ears great which is where i had problems with others

Having 3 sets of ear bits to choose from they will fit and hold in any size ear

I bought these as i wanted a quality sound, i tried them in the shop and the sound is great, by far the best I've had. They fitted well in my ears and comfortable to wear. However, the volume / answer button on the cable along with the power button have rubber covers which have broken and causes me problems to function. Not a problem but the Bose name dropped off both ends too.

I purchased these earphones a year ago and I have loved them ever since. I tend to use them mainly in the summer months and when I go for runs. The Headphones are comfortable, light and portable. If I had to make a complaint it would be that I'm not a huge fan of the case and its soft and lose. Overall an excellent buy and would recommend to all.

I am on my second pair and now one ear has gone very quiet, both did it in my first pair at only 6 months old. Can't return because of coronavirus so dare I buy a third pair or shall I try a different make

Great product and I use it most days. Really disappointed though that the clip snapped while securing to my T-shirt.

I have checked your support details and if I want it replacing it I have to send everything back to you with an estimated 4 week wait... I get one opportunity to exercise a day currently and I’ll have to do this for 4 weeks with no music because of a clip..!!! Pretty poor resolution

I bought these headphone about 3 weeks ago for use at the gym. All of my sounds are Bose so I know the quality is there regardless. They were really easy to pair with my phone, the sound is out of this world and your head is definitely filled with crystal clear sound with an amazing base from such small pods. Fit into my ear perfectly and stay there regardless of what I am doing at the gym. Highly recommend

I've owned my SoundSport for less than a year and they rarely charge to 100% and when they do the charge drops to 70% as soon as I switch them on. I never get six hours life out of a single charge which is quite disappointing. I have previously owned two pairs of wired SoundSport and the product remains very good quality it's just unfortunate the battery life doesn't live up to the Bose quality. I plan on returning the pair I have and will review the replacements once I have tried them for a few months.

I bought these headphones in March 2017 so have been using them regularly (3-4 times per week) since then. I have used all three size options and found the largest size the most comfortable for me, however the headphones constantly fall out during my workout. The connecting cable between the two earphones is a nuisance when working out, even using the clip that attaches to your collar, the weight of the cable pulls on one side so the opposing earphone then gets pulled out of your ear. The earphones themselves are quite heavy, and stick out from your ears quite far meaning they aren't secure in the ear. Fine for walking through town or on the tube, but in the gym they are a constant distraction. I'm constantly having to adjust the earphones in my ears to either stop them falling out or get the best fit in my ear.

Over time the earphones have degraded quite quickly. After about 12 months they stopped fully charging. When I charged them up and turn them on I only ever hear them tell me they're at 90% despite having been on charge overnight. After about 18 months of use the rubber covers on the ear pieces started to come away, probably as a result of them constantly being covered in sweat but is still surprising as I was expecting them to last much longer than this. In the past 6 months I've no longer been able to adjust the volume using the remote on the cable, and in the last few weeks I can no longer turn them off, in order to disconnect them I have to turn off the bluetooth on all my devices, they also randomly switch on of their own accord, so I could be on a telephone call and my headphones are in their case in my gym bag upstairs and they will switch on and connect to my phone, leaving the other person talking into my gym socks and me wandering why I've got radio silence!

Overall the sound quality on these has been excellent. Despite them not being noise cancelling the quality of the sound is better than anything I've had before, I've even been happy to even use them on flights. Sadly though for the reasons outlined above, I've found them to be poorly designed and annoyingly this has been a big let down for me, considering they weren't the cheapest available and the reputation that comes with buying Bose. I'm surprised that after just 12 months they started to deteriorate despite how much I use them I would expect a longer lifespan for high end headphones like these. Less than three years after purchase I'm looking at throwing them in the bin unless I can get them repaired which may not be worth it now.

Overall I'd say these were average headphones, not robust enough if you're a regular gym user and expecting something thats likely to last, but more so, if comfort is important to you then these don't live up to expectations because they can fall out. The rubber insert that goes inside your outer ear is extremely comfortable, high quality, as is the sound quality, but they easily drop out of your ears during exercise and I think this is the main area they let themselves down. On the durability front, I guess its a personal opinion if you think a product like this that lasts between 2-3 years is reasonable or not.

I prefer these to Soundsport Free for wearing around town. because of the cable, you can easily pop one out and let it hang around your neck when you have to chat to somebody in a shop or on the Tube. I'm always nervous about losing a SoundsportFree so these are my go to in town.

I am on my second pair as the first ones had charging and holding charge issues despite software upgrades. The second pair that where changed by the shop a year ago now have similar issues. It charges and says 100% and then drops quickly. Otherwise I think they are good and would have scored 5*

I bought these as a present for my daughter and the look on her face was worth every penny. She tells me, I am not allowed to use them, that the sound is incredible and the fins ensure that the buds never fall out. Battery life is brilliant.Overall these cann ot be faulted.

They came in a smart box nicely presented as you expect from an upmarket brand. With the usual accessories, charger and 3 sizes of ear pieces. Good instructions and a quick guide. Now the earpieces themselves are quite bulky. But the sound quality is excellent for in ear buds. Good base . Much better than my apple buds. And the distance was impressive. I could go almost anywhere in the house without losing signal. And the app was very easy to use and setup. And the battery life is extremely good. I was only charging twice maybe 3 times a week. Took a bit of getting used to . Still just didn’t sit right in my ears. I could always feel they where there. Unlike my other wireless buds. But with them I was charging everyday. And had to keep close to the source. These are good value for the quality. And would recommend for use during sports as they have a clip to stop you losing them if they fall out. But not for long periods. Just not as comfortable as some of my other buds.
