I have a Canon 5DS R . I also have Sigma lenses / 20mm -1.8 and 14mm 1.4 . Two years ago I bought an adapter and used one of these Sigma lenses on my Canon 5DSR but I’ve lost the adapter.

The Sigma MC-11 adapter you linked is designed to adapt Canon EF lenses to Sony E-mount cameras. It does not work in the opposite direction.
You cannot use the Sigma MC-11 to mount a Sony E-mount lens, such as the Sigma 14mm f/1.4 DG DN Art, onto a Canon EF-mount camera like the Canon 5DS R. The flange distance and electronic communication are incompatible in that direction, and no reliable adapter exists for this use case.
If your goal is to use the Sigma 14mm f/1.4 DG DN Art, you would need a Sony E-mount camera body. If you want to use a lens on your Canon 5DS R, it must be a Canon EF-mount lens or a lens adapted to EF, not from EF.
