This cover appears to be high quality but lighter material than the original, which lasted over eight years, being outside every summer. We will see I am confident it will.

I suggest that the cover be made large enough to fit over the heater control AND the side panels folded against the TOP of the grill. I realize the panels are meant to be folded inside the grill when using the cover, but I do not like that. I carry the grill in the bed of my truck to campsites, and when the side panels are folded inside the grill, the bouncing around will cause the grill plates to bounce up against the top of the side panels, making the top of the side panels very greasy. So, I bought a Q2200 cover to fit over my Q1200 grill, and it fits fine, covering both the heater control AND the side panels folded against the top of the grill.

Great little grill. We only purchase Weber when a replacement grill is needed.

More flexible than my original one... and ties on front AND back instead of just the front! Like it a lot!!!

Great to keep the Weber from any excessive sun damage. I have the black WeberQ and made sure to purchase this to keep it looking fresh. Although, we had some troubles with mould during the week long of wet weather in Sydney. Hope in the future these covers, cookbox scrapers all come with the BBQ as a starter set.

Like a coat of Dulux for your Weber it will protect her from the harsh sun and freezing rain.

Good value for money, I like that the cover is waterproof and easy to clean. Also the drawstrings are pretty handy creating a snug fit for bbq so no dust enters.
