An easy request system only bugbear is having to wait for delivery, a matter of 5 days.

The Canon printer is in itself and excellent and reliable product backed up by a fast and efficient system for acquiring all necessary spareparts such as ink.

I have been using these cartridges since I got a new printer a year ago. Given their size, they seem to last a reasonable amount of time.

I bought this and i;m so absolutely delighted with it

I bought this to replenish the black ink , on inserting the cassette the printer informed me it was the wrong ink, In a hurry I purchased the correct ink at Tescoes which was imstalled successfully.

The extra size print cartridge does seem to last longer although of course you pay for it.

***Cannon is so complicated it would be better if you simplified your printer regulations & make it easier to follow for your older clients

following set up process, this printer has performed all the usual functions ie printing from devices, copying and scanning effectively. Still yet to try NJC function. Still using set up inks that came as standard with the printer ( 2 1/2 months now) used almost daily. Photo printing was good at postcard size.
