The printer worked all good for about a month than it started printing words on top of each other. Absolutely not happy. So hard to try to fix as well.

The worst printer ever! Its printing when its want, not when needed. Do not buy it! Wast of money and time. You will get very frustrated!

Just stops printing just shoots the paper out

Was working fine, then chewed up one piece of paper and never worked again...AVOID and buy HP.

i bought this printer i have never been able to connect it to my wifi since iv had it ,i am using a imac ,its now decided not to print even tho it goes through the motion and it has ink,iv gone through all the cleaning process and still nothing ,never had this problem with other printers iv had in the past and i don't fancy being on the phone for a couple of hours ,i don't know why you need all my personal details for just to leave a review does it make any difference my gender or where im living ,my age and my email ,it does not give you the option to refuse personal info which is my right ,if not it will not let you leave feedback

I bought 3 months ago, it constantly thinks it's out of paper or loads a wad of paper and also has regular paper jams. Uses tons of ink every time you switch it on "cleaning the print heads" and finally whoever writes the manuals and set up procedures needs firing for incompetence. If you don't return this under warranty you'll smash it to pieces in rage.

This useless piece of junk came with minimal ink, it printed maybe 30 sides of black A4 and half a dozen colour 6x4 photos but after changing the ink it decided to keep displaying an error that the paper had run out, which it hadn't. Software uninstalled, useless item in the bin and off to the shops for a replacement from a more reliable manufacturer.

Bought printer as needed to print school work during lockdown. Good purchase and fast delivery.

I bought this printer having had a canon printer before but it really is awful. The wireless is difficult to set up and if you change your wifi it has to be set up again, even with the same provider. The ink doesn't last long either and is expensive. It wouldn't print on my photo paper. I'm not happy and will change printer make very soon.

Difficult to do anything, doesnt print properly and sometimes paper jam.

There is no 2-sided auto printing.

I have this printer for 6 months I have keep resetting it for sprinting as it keep turning its self off I have taken it back twice to get fixed but it still the same

Oli oikein hyvä käytössä, tulosti tosin usein vain yhden sivun kerrallaan. Kun takuuaika alkoi lähetä loppuaan, alkoi tulostin imaista kokonaisia paperinippuja kerralla niin että paperit jumittuivat tulostimen sisään. Välillä tulostin leikkasi silppurin lailla paperia, ja lakkasi lopulta toimimasta. Jos haluaa pitkäaikaisen ja toimivan tulostimen suosittelen ostamaan kalliimman koneen.

I don't do a lot of printing, so the printer is often not used for a couple of weeks, but in the year I have owned it, I have NEVER turned the printer on and simply been able to print. There is ALWAYS an issue. The online troubleshooting instructions are either incomprehensible or refer to procedures that don't actually work. Today, randomly, my phone cannot find the printer. Is it too much to ask for a printer just to do the basics without having to spend an hour diagnosing problems EVERY time?

I've had this printer for around 6 months and it has just been the biggest pain. Print quality is poor, and it is now refusing to print after only a few pages into a new black ink cartridge. Avoid.

We bought this printer after our last Canon died. We have had it two years and have had no problems with it. Like other's have said, it is quite noisy but that doesn't bother us. It print's clearly and continuously. I printed 30 sheets this morning with no trouble at all. Haven't had any of the problems as shown in other comment's.

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It looses connection, eats paper and goes through ink like there's no tomorrow. Don't waste your money.

I bought the printer two months ago. It was very easy to set up, including the wifi connection, and works well at printing and scanning. The wireless print connection is very effective. I do get a "printer is offline" message at first on my laptop, when I select something to print, but this disappears after a few seconds and the printer starts up.

Bought it a couple of month ago. Printing quality is fine, BUT the inks cost a fortune and runs out very quickly. It's that type that would not print black&white if there is no colour ink in it. But what I just found out and upset me badly is that it's not even willing to scan if there is no colour ink in it!!! !!! !!!

Keep away from it! It seems cheap but it's only cheap to buy, feeding it with ink is a nightmare.

Getting rid of it...

I bought this printer three years ago and have never been let down. It is a little noisy, the ink is expensive, but affordable, and quality of print compares well with other budget printers. Buy the XL cartridges for better value. Great value!
