the Weber Chicken Roaster
this roaster worked out very well the chicken remained moist and cooked evenly -
Works well.
I was quite pleased with the roaster. It held the chicken well. I did not add vegetables to the pan. The chicken turned out well. I used a remote meat thermometer and removed the chicken from the grill when it reached 165 F. The chicken was delicious. I used hickory wood chips and barbeque sauce for flavor.
Smoke a full Small chicken
Works well for smoking but temperature beings low, fluid in cup doesn't change level much.
A very nice accessory
Haven't had a chance to use it yet but looks like a real quality item.

No worries about cleanup
Cleanup was a breeze. Thought it would be difficult, but a little soak and everything scrubbed right off!!!
Works Great!
I love that this is stainless steel and washes well in the dishwasher. First time roasting a beer can chicken came out great! I’ll be using this over and over.
