For rooms up to 12 square meters.
I've been using this humidifier almost daily for about six months, starting last fall and continuing until today. I live in a low-humidity area, apparently, and I use it for a room of about 11 square meters. The expected low efficiency is observed – with the window open, the maximum effect is often a 10% increase in humidity. For example, today the humidity wasn't 40% or higher, even though the humidifier has been on since early morning. The "50 square meter" rooms mentioned in the product description aren't entirely clear; in my opinion, a single device like this would be completely useless for that size.
In terms of operation, it seems quite reliable. I use regular tap water (from Helsinki). There's a significant amount of scale present at the moment, but it's not yet critical. Its continuous power consumption of 160 watts also makes it a noticeable heater, significantly increasing my electricity bill. I bought this particular humidifier out of desperation – ultrasonic humidifiers only require distilled water, and high-power steam humidifiers aren't reliable enough, in my opinion. Overall, it met all my expectations.
My biggest complaint is the price. In my opinion, the maximum price for this type of humidifier is 100 euros.
