I bought the Logitech K480 keyboard for use with a Lenovo T430 laptop running Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit. Initially, Linux Mint's Bluetooth application had problems to pair up with the Keyboard (in fact did not pair with any Bluetooth device), but this was fixed after removing Blueberry and installing Blueman instead. Thus the problem was caused by Linux's Blueberry, not the keyboard.
The reason for buying the keyboard in the first place was to avoid having a wire on the desk taking space where I need to put papers, books etc. This works well.
The keyboard pairs up easily after booting the PC just by pressing the Connect button. Usually it pairs up just by starting to type, but the first keystrokes may be lost if typing before pairing. One thing I really miss is PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN keys. You have to press "fn" and arrow up/down to get PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN keys.
I also miss clips/tilt adjustment on the underside to adjust the keyboard's tilt. Without tilt adjustment it is too flat, but I solve it by putting a strip of steel bar under.
After one month's daily use the PC reports the K480's battery to be 90% so I expect it would last ~10 months.
I tested the keyboard also with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It pairs up really easily. One problem is that the green/yellow plastic slot is made for tablets or phones without cover. With cover, the Galaxy is too thick and won't fit.
Considering that I will likely use this keyboard mostly with a PC I would prefer that the keyboard would not have the slot. It just takes up extra space.
All in all the K480 is a good purchase. I recommend it.
