I bought my lcd tv and the screen damage 2 years after, but i had a warranty and got a new one 3 days after i contact sony

I bought this 18 months ago. It had to be returned after six months due to lack of picture. A new replacement was provided. This lasted only a year before the picture went again. It has now been in repair workshop for over two weeks.

It's a Sony Bravia so you know it's going to be quality.

Bought this as replacement for a 2 year old Toshiba that went phut and they didn't want to know. Always hankererd after a Sony and doesn't disappoint with excellent picture quality and a great deal on 5 year guarantee for just in case.

I like the picture,however on tuning in why does

the screen go white and make a loud noise and the take a long time for the picture to appear?I would like to have to hand info which is on line. I do not have a printer and is difficult to obtain copies.A basic issue should be available

I bought this TV a few months ago and I am really pleased with the quality of the picture in general. Wanted to use Skype and still looking for camera, it ends up being more expensive than I originally thought so..

I bought it a while ago but I am happy with! Great TV. I was suprised it takes some before you can start surfing channels and. The other issues is mirroring devices. Sometimes it can not see other devices. Even Sony smartphone. And after half a year I still can not save channels on the list. After you swich to particular channel it is saved but just until you turn the TV off. Turn it on again the list jist is gone. Just channel numbers. But after all, quality product

Such an excellent picture quality from this TV on HD still amazes me a few months on from purchase. Only small issues have arisen cannot seem to alter the picture size when watching Blu-ray discs and there is a slight lag when turning on the set to be able to use the functions

Bought online a month ago. First SMART TV. Very easy to set up and connect via Wi fi. Picure quality brilliant, sound excellent and features excellent. Plenty of ports to connect to DVD, X Box, laptop etc.

I bought this SMART TV with the hope of getting to know my way around the various apps that were with the TV but for some reason all the apps have gone? The rest of the programmes are fine.

Happy with the purchase. The only slight negative is the sound quality... nowhere near the historical Sony sound quality, although not bad!

Does what it says on the tin. Only let down is the sound but saying that its a problem with every flat screen tv I've owned.

Kyseinen tv on taattua Sony laatua. Kokonaisuudessaan laadukkaasti tehty ja lisäksi tyylikkään näköinen. Kuvanlaatu on erinomainen ja käytettävyys on tehty helpoksi. Kaiuttimet ok mutta voisivat toistaa matalat äänet vahvemmin.

Happy to use this product as I am buying the product second time.

I am so happy with this TV, it was very easy to install and looks very stylish and sleek in my living room. The picture quality is amazing, so easy to link to your Wi-Fi and that's coming from someone who takes 6 months to get use to a new moble phone, not technical at all, the telly just basically does it all for you. I haven't mounted mine on the wall, and Iv found the stand very stable. Brilliant value. Just buy it you won't be disappointed

Bought last month, just need to get the reception sorted, sometimes no ITV sometimes no BBC - but not the tv at fault

i expected this tv to be better. sound is poor and not enough set up info. when the tv updates you lose all your personal settings this is useless.

I am very pleased with the HD imagery,but the non hd side is what I consider to be very poor compared to my 32 " Sony Wega tv.Contro functions can only be used in non HD mode which is a pain when you wish to adjust the image.
