The product itself is plasticky and the door finicky, but in terms of humidifying it's great. The natural evaporation means you don't get any bacteria or minerals in the air (as opposed to the ultrasonic models), and during normal operation (i.e. not the super speed mode) it is basically silent. The interface could be better and the LEDs could be labeled with the percentages they correspond to. (And why do manufacturers keep making stuff with blue LEDs? The worst color.)
