I've had a rib rack in the past and it does a fabulous job cooking ribs

I like the Rib rack I love using it my Beef ribs come all nice and juicy great looking forward for my next cook out.

Exactly what I was looking for. Does as described, holds several slabs of ribs and they all cook evenly.

Should have center bar end to end in middle to handle short ribs, so they do not touch grill.

The slabs of ribs are flexible, and lay all over each other. This prevents the smoke from reaching all of them. They might well be in a pile on the grate.

You have to cut a full rack of ribs in half to fit and work right.

I have a Weber Kettle 22" and I use this rack to smoke more than 1 rack of ribs at a time. The shape of this rack offers support to the middle of the rack of ribs, but not to the ends. The ribs flop down on the sides resulting in a final product that doesn't lay flat. In some cases the ribs will bend so much that they'll touch the rack that is placed behind it. This creates bald spots on the meat. Get a different rack that will support the ribs more evenly across the whole rack.

Used this rib rack to smoke two racks of baby backs. It worked great and has enough room for five racks. Makes me wanna buy more racks next time just so I can see it filled up. Great Buy!
