Scribidi Hotplate. Should have bought this new. It’s rizztastic

The Q flat plate doesn't seem to be up to standard rough finish, and the amount of ceramic is poor to be fair. These are not the same manufacturer as the current grill plates I have at the moment. Possibly a cheaper version under the Q brand. I have attached photos

Had to shove it into place to fit' or it would tip forward .Needs to be more square.

I have done breakfast and a steak. So far I love the crust. Clean up is easy enough. You just can’t use a metal spatula on it.

I used this griddle for the first time last week and it worked wonderful. Really liked how easily it was to clean after I used it. The food didn't stick during cooking.

It was as advertised and we loved trying a few new recipes on it.

It's good, sometimes it would be good to have a full hotplate.

Great for bacon, eggs, prawns and so many other things that could slip through the grill. Easy to swap in or out as well as to clean. Raises the question of why is this not offered as a standard piece of the package when new?

I prefer a hotplate over a grill for cookomg onions and steak, not a char grill fan on red meat.

Just what I needed. Being used to the old style BBQ I missed my grill plate when I got the Weber. being able to buy this extra was perfect.

For the reviewers rubbishing this item due to the item's sticking, may I remind you that this is cast iron and needs to be seasoned properly before even thinking about use? If you are unsure how to do this, there are plenty of videos on youtube. Yeah, Webber should make this clearer on the packaging, but a little time at the start will ensure a perfect non-stick and an item that will last practically forever.
