Pay a small fortune for genuine ink because they have special chips and hold you over a barrel and even then, it works for a week then stops recognising! Absolutely fuming that it's not being recognised after I spent an unreasonable amount of money on them

The cartridges have been an excellent purchase. Delivery was prompt and they were very easily installed. Printing is of a high standard, both in black and colour.

Prepaid envelope included with delivery to return used cartridges for recycling. Very environmentally friendly.

I was actually shocked by the excellent service. The cartridge arrived the next day and I was expecting a much longer wait. Then, of course, the product was of a very high standard and I just can not fault either the cartridge quality or the delivery service.

Did not want the paper but had no other option. They are ink cartridges, over priced as usual, but we will see how long they last.

I hope the 'value' pack remains available, but as a pensioner I find the cost of replacement ink catridges too excessive. I don't like using 'compatibles' but may find it necessary in future.

Bought this as needed it but still throws up incorrect ink now and then. Got to take them out and refit to get working
