Windows 11 when you have a single page to print, windows 11 creates a second page! I have 2 pcs; 1 windows 10 and a brother printer DCP9020CDW which works as intended printing only one page, but printing the same single page document from the pc with windows 11 to the same printer creates a second page.

So it is not the Brother printer but windows 11. Doesn't seem to be a fix on line!!

Secondly with a pc with limited space on the c drive even though I downloaded the brother driver to the E drive it still installed the wireless function printer to the c drive!

We've had this printer for a year in our small office and it is diabolical. It constantly reports 'drum errors' - the fix for which involves taking out all the cartridges and running a plastic tab back and forth on each one before returning to the correct locations - only for it to spool and report the same error again. Totally unusable in an office environment. Dread to think how much work time we've wasted battling with this rubbish machine.

We brought this printer a month ago and was initially quite happy with the purchase, but soon realised every time you print it says to "load tray", but it's full of paper. We had the printer replaced and the new one does the same. Very disappointing when our company prints loads per day because it slows dons production.

I've been a convert to laser printers for a few years now but after my last one died I purchased a DCP9020CDW,

The first thing that I noticed was how easy it was to change the cartridges. All the cartridges are easily accessible, and just slot it - easier than an inkjet.

The next thing was the software - it was very easy to setup. I chose an ethernet setup to the router. Most remote PCs and tablets in the house are wireless - it was a breeze. The print quality is great and Brother will also recycle the cartridges so I don't feel too bad about the environment.

This is quite a heavy unit but that is also a positive thing because it feels well made. A good range of features, I particularly like the document feeder for scanning etc, and the fact that you can then send documents straight to a folder on your computer or to the cloud. I have only used it for a couple of weeks, and not yet for photos, but solid colour graphics and text print very well. Also, in sleep mode it uses less than two watts, so is reasonable to leave on all the time and 'wake itself up' when you send a print job.

I use this printer over Wi-Fi, from a Windows 10 laptop and an android phone. Works reliably from both.

Slightly disappointed that from the product description it had not been clear that the ADF was not duplex, but it doesn't appear to be. I had rather assumed it would be on this type duplex printer. Double sided to double sided copying and double sided scanning is not as easy as I had hopped having bought it to replace an inkjet which does have a duplex ADF. That said, it is not something I need to do often and all other features seem to work well.

I am very happy with my printer it is easy to set up and use prints quite quickly, and on both sides without turning the paper over it does everything I want a printer to do

I haven't had it for long so don't know about replacement toner but lots of choices on the web don't seem too expensive.All in all, a good choice

...the toner cartridges are very expensive, even the compatibles: I was recommended by a colleague to buy a laser printer and as long as the cartridges DO last a lot longer than the previous ink cartridges I will be happy. If not, I will have made an expensive mistake for the company unfortunately...

Easy to set up and use. Takes a few seconds longer to begin printing than expected but overall very happy with the product.

Nyt kaikki skannatut asiakirjat joutuu nimeämään erikseen tietokoneella, erittäin turhauttavaa ja vie paljon aikaa. Käytämme skannausta asiakirjojen arkistointiin ja se, että asiakirjat olis voinut nimetä kun ne skannataan olisi ollut meille erittäin tärkeää.

Hyvin toimii kaikki perusasiat. Suoraan sähköpostiin scannaus vähän kinkkinen ja olisin toivonut tämän ominaisuuden helppoutta. Ehkä viel avautuu. Ajurit ei sisälly win 10 kirjastoon. Mutta valmistajalta löytyy ja tuleehan mukana cd. Puhelimet tulostaa moitteetta.

Works perfectly for my business and easy WiFi setup so not tied to a cable.

I did hop the quality of the print would be similar to an oki but it is definitely good enough for my needs

A very good machine, which even for a non techie like me, was easily installed on my desktop and three lap tops in the team by WiFi link.

Kompakti,tanakan tuntuinen laite. Alkuasennuksessa vähän ongelmia ohjeiden kanssa. Nopea,selkeä, hyvä kopion laatu. Kopioiden hinnasta ei vielä tietoa. Ainakaan vielä ei ole löytynyt "tikulle" paikkaa, joten vanhan tyylin skannaukset jää nyt tekemättä.Mutta "ei huono".

I was recommended this printer from a friend and now its up and running it works well. Setting up on a mac wifi network did take quite a time to sort but can now print via wifi from three macs and iPhones plus can scan direct to specified folders on these machines. I would recommend it a good all round solution for a small office.

Tuote toimi äärimmäisen huonosti Mac OS X 10.10, 10.11 ja 10.12 kanssa. Erityisesti langaton skannaus ei toiminut yhdenkään kokeillun Mac-koneen tai WLAN-tukiasemien kanssa. Skannaus antaa virheilmoituksia tai jää kesken.

I had my previous DCP9020W for about 3 years during which I printed about 100,000 pages. The duplex function is essential to me and works well, albeit inevitably slowing down the process. However, it is still significantly quicker and better than my previous inkjet alternative.

When my old printer broke it was a simple decision to buy the same again.

overall a good printer. if you need a good printer for pictures an ink jet is better. but for speed and connection to printer and mobile devices you can't go wrong.

Overall a very good printer, certainly a value for money, it could have been lighter in weight and faster in printing, but definitely recommend it.
