Takes a while
The descaler appears to have worked well, but the process takes a while and the instructions are not clear about the steamer.
Does the job
The descaler solution does the job in keeping our coffee machine clean. Easy to use
Why?
Works fine, enabling the machine to operate again, but unsure why it requires descaling when we use high quality filtered water.
Descaler
It was great to use as md coffee so much better after descaling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Descaled had to be used twice to clear machine, but I’d had it for 2years without descaling.

DLSC200 EcoDecalk Mini - 2 x 100ml
a little expensive compared to other brands BUT work well
Good packaging, efficient delivery and good value
Came in good packaging, undamaged and right at my doorstep. Its a little expensive but is expected by a big brand like De'Longhi and is good value for 2 that you only need when the machine asks every few months, so I dont mind paying that much.
