descale works coffee maker I have is almost 2 years old and works perfect and the coffee is amazing

it did the job, simple to use, and stock was available for next time

Surprisingly great product. We followed the instructions and the alert lights on the coffee machine display . Promptly rinse and descaled the piping. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. In the end the piping works great!

This product does to job as intended, always quick postage.

a little expensive compared to other brands BUT work well

Came in good packaging, undamaged and right at my doorstep. Its a little expensive but is expected by a big brand like De'Longhi and is good value for 2 that you only need when the machine asks every few months, so I dont mind paying that much.

Machine feels very clean after use. Instructions clear.

Unsatisfied. Contents spilled in the package and unable to use. I ordered two and each packed has holes

Unhappy. Package and product damaged. Product leaked out and soaked the shipping box.
