My baby doesn't want to drink with teats spilling milk. I was advertised that this is a no spilling teats and only flow if sucked.

Once washed, water flowed. Thought its because its being washed and its water. Tried to feed my baby, i tested if the milk will flow, flipped the bottle, it poured! I bought four! I instantly changed it back to our old teats. (2- holed). The reason why i bought new one is to avoid spilling. Yet money wasted.

i have been looking for slow fow teats. Tried my local tesco, no avent, tried lloyds chemists no avent, tried babies are us no avent!!! I have jut purchased this from a Tesco extra store as there were no slow flow teats and it appears to be a 3 in 1. I asked the staff and she explained it was how tight you tightened bottle as to which flow you get. No explanation as to how to use on the packaging. I thought an explanation would be inside once i opened product. Nothing there!!! I have now discovered the item is not suitable for my 8 week onld baby or milk! This product is not suitably packaged, furthermore why is distribution of the teats I need so poor!!!! Tommie teepee is everywhere!!!!!

These are a great idea, I got some as my baby was ready for a size three teat so I got these and expected them to be the same as the other teats but just three teats in one.

I find my son really struggles with a feed when I'm using them as it comes out too fast and he gets angry and chokes.

It would of been a lot of help to know that it's not the same size holes as the normal teats they are bigger which yes is good for thick liquid but normal formula no.

I got them to save money by having three in one but its actually cost me more having to buy the size three as well now.

Avent please include some instructions how to use them and explain it has to be thicker liquid more clearly.

I thank you for the introduction of this product it has been very good for my daughter but i would like to find out if you have this teats for 6 to 9 months or its just this type for 3 months plus. thanks

My baby suffers from reflux and we are feeding her with a special milk which is very thick so we had to buy these teats. We've been using the product for a day only but realized that even while using it in the number-one-position the milk goes down extremely fast and a lot, so she starts crying and doesn't want to finish the bottle. So I think it's making the problem even worse. I would say that she drinks 100ml in nearly 3 minutes.

I would also like to point out that in the instructions, there is no explanation on how to use the teats on regards to the three different positions.

We new exactly what we were buying and the packaging clearly states everything you need to know on the front so not sure how some people got confused !!

Great technology behind the design and comfort of the teat.

My only comment would be that there were not clear instructions marked on the 1,2,3 settings on the variable flow rate and it was purely by trial and error as baby's mouth filled up too quickly.

I think it would take any baby time to get use to it but that is true of any new baby product parents introduce.

Overall it is a good product, I do agree that larger parks with 4 or 6 teats available may be more cost effective to some parents plus keep packaging to a minimum and the environment protected.

Due to this it is very thick milk and will not come out of even a number 4 teat. I do agree though that they need to be better labelled for this purpose. the difference with these its a slit not holes. please do not be put off if your baby needs comfort milk.

I bought these variable flow teats when looking to move our baby from no 2 teats to no 3 . . .they were a complete disaster. They were packaged as no 3 teats. The fact that they were variable flow teats was NOT clearly marked on them.

It was impossible to feed the child properly with them . . .the feed went everywhere . ..so much so that we reverted back to no 2 teats thinking our baby wasn't ready for 3's. . .and as a result we had a few bad weeks of feeding because our child was beyond no 2 teats. Then by accident I found correct no 3 teats . .they worked perfectly. I came to this site to investigate and just now discover that the no 3's I had, with the markings on the side instead of a number were not straight forward no 3's but "variable control Flow" teats . . . .

To say im annoyed is an understatement. The packaging of these teats would lead anyone to believe they were no 3 teats . .but having fed my baby with both I can state there is no comparison. The variable control are very very messy, the feed goes everywhere . . . .the straight forward no 3's work great.

I don't know how much it mimics breastfeeding but my baby just doesn't like it. Though it might not be the problem of the product, it's just my baby's preference.
