Heavy duty grate.
Heavy duty grate compared to the one that came with the grill. Will probably last longer than the grill.

Grill Grate for 18” Weber charcoal kettle
Grill grate for 18” weber is too small and slips past the tabs in the grill. The grate is much heavier than the original
It is a charcoal grate.
It holds up the charcoal, What more could I ask? The original Finally gave out.
Sturdy
The old grate warped after 15 years or so. This new one is thick and sturdy.

Charcoal Grate Refresh
After 11 years of use, my Weber Charcoal Grate was due for a refresh. It was still functional, however, it was time for a new one. When my new grate arrived, I noted that it was very well constructed with thick, heavy steel. I'm sure it will last another 10 plus years. A good value!

On average I grill 200 times a year and burn through 2 or 3 of these per year.
