I’ve had one of these for five years now and I’ve never had a problem with it. The only thing I wish I can get was an extra plastic receptacle as mine has become chipped over years of use.

The grinder works fine for everything except espresso. It cannot grind fine enough for a non-pressurized basket. I bought this as a replacement to a manual grinder for espresso and now only use it to grind for cold brew or French press.

Perfect grinder, I'm happy with purchase. I would suggest if you need a grinder or a second one get this one.

Can the burr be sharpened? i can’t get anything but an extremely course grind.

This device is an embarrassment to the DeLonghi brand. I bought this device yesterday to use with my DeLonghi espresso machine, we grind our own coffee and the grinding is terrible, it is not possible to adjust the fineness to the point of making a decent espresso, the coffee is simply too coarse regardless of the fineness knob being at maximum.

                  I am really disappointed and will probably never buy anything from DeLonghi again.

Ostin myllyn itselleni kolmisen vuotta sitten ja hyvin toiminut tähänkin asti. Ostin myös lahjaksi kyseisen myllyn, kun saa kahvit niin näppärästi jauhettua itse kotona. Helppo säätää sopiva jauhatusaste, käy niin suodatinkeittimeen kuin espressokoneeseenkin.

Ainoana miinuksena aika kova ääni, joka kovenee vuosien varrella.

It works and will get you find ground coffee, but will make your counter a terrible mess in the process.

Tried using it for the first time, and it wouldn’t grind coffee. All it does is make a loud sound that seems like motor is working, however not grinding. Anyone knows where I can get it checked in Toronto, Canada?

We purchased this grinder several years ago and it worked fine until the rubber gasket that surrounds where the coffee comes out broke. We have not been able to find a replacement gasket, and when I called DeLonghi I was told that the model doesn’t have one. But our definitely had a rubber gasket when we purchased it!

Loves: simple and compact design; different grind sizes fine (I use a moka press) to coarse, different grinding timing setting. Still loud but relatively quiet compared to blade grinders. Reliable and durable since I've had mine for years. But boy is it ever messy when grinding for finer ground! If you're not careful and slow when you open the dispenser and scoop up the ground they fly everywhere!

Jo vuosia ollut meillä käytössä käytännössä joka päivä. Kahvimyllyn käyttö on tullut positiiviseksi osaksi aamutoimia. Toki pavun jauhamisesta tulee ääntä, mutta ei mitenkään häiritsevää. Sen verran hyviä kokemuksia, että ostimme laitteen joululahjaksi ystävälle.

Do not buy this! The finest grinding is not fine enough for espresso. You have to either take it apart and adjust it yourself or get a new one!

Tuote toimi hyvin ja teki tehtävänsä. Se ei ollut erityisen aktiivisessa käytössä, kunnes hajosi sopivasti heti takuun umpeuduttua.

Works well, I like it a lot! It's a decent size, and looks great next to my Espresso machine on my counter.

Got this and a Dedica espresso 685M. This grinder can't grind fine enough for espresso. I'll return it.

Reliable, does what it says. It's not fancy, it's a little loud like any grinder, and doesn't make space powder if that's what you're looking for. But for the money, it's reliable enough that this is my second unit after the first one lasted nearly a decade of daily use.
