Love it! Really good quality picture. Has taken a little while to dial in the settings for each source. Am still having a few handshake issues with pc and amplifier. I am not worried yet.

Sad that this will be the last full tv from sony.

I purchased this television a couple of weeks ago after about a months research on line and popping into retailers to view different choices finally i settled on this tv and I have no regrets at all it's a superb picture in many ways ie Brightness Contrast and colour my SD channels have upscaled to the equivalent of HD it's amazing the volume is brilliant me and my wife struggle with our hearing and we have it on voice mode it enhances the voice and makes the background noise slightly quieter certainly don't need a sound bar got Google tv and signed into Sony and got 10 credits for 10 free movies still exploring the tv yet loads of stuff to look into so pleased we purchased this TV.

I have had this tv for about a month now.

I’m really disappointed in the picture quality and set up generally.

I believe there should be a better indicator of set up as I feel the average user will not have this knowledge.

Maybe a video to educate?

Stuck with it now so I’ll carry on watching same old mediocre screen but with gigantic sale price😔

It fully meets my expectations and it has been a great choice. The picture quality and sound especially coupled with the Sony Quad and Subwoofer 8, is great for watching movies or serials with a high tempo action theme.

This is my the best choice in last few years💪💪💪 Perfect screen and picture, I don't want change for any different TV 💪💪💪

Had this a couple of weeks and wow! The picture is stunning.

No regrets with this model. Outstanding, top quartile picture quality with deep colours and perfect for our bright room. Did not give 5 stars for 2 reasons - whilst having 4 HDMI slots, only 2 HDMI slots are rated at 2.1 which is not in line with a top of the range and expensive TV model. Secondly, would have preferred to have the TV stand that allows the base of the TV to sit flush with the TV cabinet - like our old Sony KD65AG9 model. A height adjustable tv stand should be considered.

Absolutely superb television, extremely bright, black levels are very good, colour is excellent and even the sound is good! the user interface is extremely slick and responsive. Screen uniformity is the best I've seen for an LED tv, very clean.

This is the true successor to the ZD9 that was launched 10 years ago....and that was a great tv at the time.

Came from a high end oled and thought this might be an oled beater but unfortunately it isn’t it’s heavier and so much fatter and to be honest the Picture isn’t as good as an oled so don’t upgrade if you think it will be and for a LCD its way overpriced and I ordered using a blc code adding an extra tv to get the discount but they only refunded me Less on the extra tv which leaves a sour Taste

Very good quality built. The spec and screen is fantastic with lots of viewing options. Great Sound quality.

A few weeks of research. A few weeks of waiting. Arrival, setup fairly easy. 2 person final lift including weight of stand. All highly Intuitive in ease of use. Anti reflection and dialogue boost truely superb features. Full UHD and Dolby Vision, together with full control make the screen pop, explode and yet excel in dark scenes too. The marketing is NOT over hyped. Best TV bar *none* in the real world of a typical bright living room.

Product beyond excellent. Only completely ruined by the shambolic price incentive nonsense. I cannot yet secure any discount. Ghosted by John Lewis. Unable register with Sony. I shall be forced to return the otherwise brilliant product or lose 20% price reduction after endless hours chasing JL with no response. Sony, get your act together!

Amazing TV I have on the wall in a very bright room

No reflections whatsoever even with the blinds open

Colours are as close to true to life as possible truly beautiful picture

Top of the range smart TV that does not allow you to watch free to air terrestrial programs unless you have a separate tv box or Ariel lead. Not good enough for a 2026 TV. When you first turn it on the lost WiFi notice keeps popping up even though you are watching catch up with no problems annoying. Great picture but would have bought another make if known that you have to have wires everywhere. Needs a firmware upgrade.

I bought this to to replace my older flagship Sony. The picture quality is brilliant in comparison and paired with PS5 gaming is crisper and more vibrant. I have added a Sony Theatre Trio sound system and works really well with this TV.

Quite simply the best TV I have owned. Beautiful display and the difference in colours from the old TV is huge. Don't know the genius who came up with the stand but it certainly works.

Everything about the set is great. My only gripe is you can’t completely turn off the set - only to stand-by, so I have to struggle to reach the mains switch.

Old KD65 died and this is an amazing replacement. Shame its only got 4 HDMI ports and one is used to feed the soundbar. Need 2 more at least
