Terrific price for a premium make 75" Smart tv. Picture is excellent when in HD/4K but, obviously, the size of the screen exacerbates the imperfections of 'normal' tv. Incredibly easy to install apps, which is great for an old technophobe like me! Sony have been excellent in their follow-up and sending information Probably one of the best 75" tv's available.

I’ve had it for over a week and there’s varied customisation and options depending on what you want from your TV. As well as bravos sync working excellently with my ps5 and BDV-E3100 sound system. The voice control is also fun to use and rarely fails nevermind the pictures being crisp and smooth. Overall an amazing TV

When used with the internet the picture quality is very impressive but when using terrestrial channels the picture quality is worse than “any” TV I have ever seen despite all the adjustments I could make. I would ordinarily give it a 5/10 but as I have purchased a Sony for excellent quality and am sending the TV back for a refund I can only give this TV a 1* rating.

Bought this 2 weeks ago, very pleased with the quality of the product and picture. Our 50” TV lasted 12 years hopefully this will last a little longer

I am so impressed with my Sony Bravia. First Sony TV I have had and it has so many features. Love the fact it ‘talks’ directly to my PS5 and the ability to air play my iPhone was an unexpected gem. Picture quality on programmes that are not UHD is very impressive - even standard TV programmes look better. Sound quality is also great. I have only had the TV for a week so am still discovering other features it has.

Very disappointed, the picture quality is no different from my Samsung 10 year old TV. I feel like all I’ve paid for is a larger screen. The salesman in Curry’s made us believe we were getting a better TV.

I was looking for a replacement for a TV that had failed after 26 months and decided to revert to my go to brand, Sony. For the price point the X85L is a great buy. The picture is superb, very natural. The sound is average at best but when hooked up to a mid range sound bar that was easily sorted. The 5 years free warranty was a major plus! David at the Sony Centre (Carlisle) was great to deal with - a big thank you to him.

This TV replaced a 15 year old flat screen sony 50 inch TV which I had two storage devices connected to the two USB ports, in addition I had purchased a 65 Inch Sony TV 18 months ago. Before buying this model I tested out that my 18 month 65 inch Sony could run family photo's and video recorded off my PC - it did as has all my other Sony TV's - the 50 inch and a much older 40 inch. I was surprised then that I couldn't open file on the USB stick that has open on all other models! I also couldn't run the harddrive that I'd been using for TV recordings - I believe because it is initiated specific to the TV, but even trying to re-intialise the message was it has to be at least 3 TB's. I have now ordered a 4 TB Hard Drive for recordings and a 128 Gb usb stick for TV downloads which I hope will do photo's and video - still don't know if this will work. Is there a software app I need to load? Although I've tried loading other apps that should have read the files. Set up and picture quality is fine.

I replaced a 2015 Sony Bravia with the X85L 65". And what a brilliant choice. I am absolutely well happy. Loving everything about it. Picture, gaming, the layout for watching TV (what's on), ease of use. It's just a great TV.

Easy to set up. Good picture and sound quality.

Processor for apps painfully slow as they are on all smart tvs so only as expected. Custom settings take a while to  set up but worthwhile.  No real complaints to be honest.

I really like this smart TV I bought a few weeks ago excellent crystal clear pictures very nice sound, I will recommend it for the other customers thanks Sony

A recent purchase to replace my old Sony which stopped working after about 10 years.

It's great to have all the up to date apps, but I have a little difficulty navigating the options because I was so out of date with the old one.

The main reason I love it though is because of the picture quality - nothing else compares that I have found, and although I couldn't afford the more expensive models this one is perfectly fine. I also have the start of cataracts so my vision has started to cloud in one eye, and buying the 55 inch means I don't miss many details. I would certainly recommend a Sony TV.

Can always relay on sony. Had samsung.. but had to go back to sony for better picture quality.

I bought this tv 3 weeks ago ,after looking at alot off different makes .and I am very pleased with it especially for the price and also added bonus was it came with a sony 5 year warranty included in the price

Very capable telly intuitive set up works perfectly with 4k fire stick
