They sound great and block-out crying kids on flights. Worth the money for that alone 🤣.

These earbuds have an excellent noise cancelling facility, however the app only works with Android 13 or above. As I bought my phone 4 years ago the app will not work. It is disappointing that Bose was so short-sighted in developing an app that needs a more recent version of Android - Windows 11 will run apps that I bought several years ago and Bose should ensure their apps do the same. For this reason, I won't buy any more devices from Bose that require an app. The app is why I've only given a 3 star rating.

Perfect product for my type of training, would definitely recommend for running.

Excellent product. Superior sound quality to what I have had and the transparency features is excellent. Phone call quality is the best I have had.

These are obviously incredibly expensive, but if you have the money to spare and aren’t gonna lose them then I would say they’re worth it! The noise cancellation is nuts, you put them in and it’s like you’re under water with how little of anything else you can hear. Also the quality of the sound is incredible, but for the price it had better be!

Exactly i expected from Bose! Top class sound experience!

They don’t hold a charge! I charged them when I got them,walked 10 mins to my work address and back that evening, left them in my bag and when I next went to use them they were dead. Thought perhaps they hadn’t had a full charge, charged them again, checked they were at 100% and listened to 2 songs. Put them bag in my bag and haven’t used them in over a week and they’re dead again. Surely when they’re not in the use the charge should hold?

These are about my 10th Bose product from earbuds to sound bars all of which have been superb quality except for a pair of re-furbished earbuds which failed after 6 months.The standout feature on the buds is the emersive sound quality it brings music into another dimension.

Good but not quite perfect. Sometimes have connectivity issues but when they work they do take some beating.

Only a couple of days use so far. Easy to set up and fully charge. Sound is fantastic in all modes.

This 2nd generation sound is excellent compared to the first generation. Bose nailed it this time. A blockbuster.

Having never owned noise cancelling earbuds before I decided to buy these earbuds 2 weeks ago for a long haul holiday. After initial set up on the app, the left ear buds stopped working so had to carry out a full reset. No issues since so🤞

The earbuds themselves are quality and the noise cancelling is great and only bettered by BOSE overear headphones. Big 👍and impressed so far.

I originally bought a pair of Bowers and Wilkins Pi8 but got very frustrated with the constant Bluetooth dropping out.

Swapped to these and the difference is night and day!

Particularly the ANC. Far better than the B&W!!!
