[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great visuals for sure. The look of the TV is fabulous and is well constructed. The LG OS is one of the best and is smooth and responsive. However, the AI sound is a bit wonky. You need to manually adjust the sound otherwise the sound is sometimes not audible. Once you understand the features for the sound and video output you can set it to your expectations and it is smooth ride thereon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace an old LG 55" OLED TV. I am very pleased with the new tv, the picture is clear and colours are life like after tweaking the settings. Contrast on blacks not as good as OLED but the lower price for QNED makes it an attractive alternative. Viewing facing TV is best as viewing from side angles tends to see the backlight bleed. Using with LG soundbar and sound quality using the WOW Orchestra feature is good and easy to set up using the Earc HDMI port on the tv.

Everything worked perfectly as soon as it was plugged in for the first time. As with most TVs, needs a soundbar for better sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was very easy to setup and it is very easy to use. The colors and clarity of the picture are amazing.

The usual, great product let down by poor software.

The picture and sound is excellent.

The remote wheel is too small and really awkward (set too deep) for the elderly to operate. The need for an account at start up is a superflouse and unnecessary. The UI and options menus is poorly configured. Configuration of the buttons on the bottom is not possible and there is not ability to setup up the green button to enable disable subtitles. The home screen is a mess and not configurable so ur stuck looking at LG bloat ware and the icons for YOUR APPs YOU want small in out the way. Changing and configuring the tv guide is worse than on the c9 which is 7 years old!!!

Realy the ui needs simplifying, elevating the options that u want and berrying those that are , i.e. record or subtitles on/off and burying those that are first time set up only....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great screen resolution & picture colour. We kept our previous Sonos soundbar and it works well with the TV. The Installation instructions could be a little clearer, but installed (wall mounted) fairly easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with all LG TVs I've experienced, this unit was super easy to set up, and day-to-day navigation of apps and settings is simple and flawless.

Best of all, the screen quality itself is fantastic - super clear, even in dark scenes, regardless of ambient or unlit in the room. The A7 chip does a great job of action scenes, a big step up.

The only criticism though is a big one - the sound quality is poor - tinny and desperately in need of more bass. Even with the much-vaunted Sound Pro feature, this does virtually nothing for bass sound - it only really helps with clarity of diction.

I'm now faced with having to buy a soundbar to make this TV even watchable - a real shame.

When I look at the cost of a decent soundbar, it makes the overall TV + soundbar cost relatively poor value-for-money.

For a mid-range TV like this, I don't expect exceptional sound quality, but this really should deliver better than this out-of-the-box. It's the only fault with a good TV but it's a big one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research we opted for the LG QNED as it offered a television that offers a high quality and viewing experience, we have not been disappointed. While patience is required to set up the home screen, we now have it tailored for our viewing requirements. Picture and sound quality is excellent. The right choice for our needs - highly recommended.
