Holy cow the noise cancellation and sound quality is insane. I've upgraded from XM4 and it's such an upgrade.

When you enter the noise cancellation, there's a period of time when you hear the outside sound and then the noise cancellation begins. The engineer must have designed it since the contrast is very obvious.

Purchased 23/10/26 great sound however the ear bud tips were uncomfortable and none fitted my ears,I used the option to reach out to Sony who promptly sent some more of different sizes and one set were perfect and the ANC is wonderful I’m very impressed as I didn’t think an earbud could deliver this level of quality sound.

Good product with amazing sound but the fit and comfort isn’t that good compared to the competition. The shape is very uncomfortable and they always feel like they could fall out.

Aktiivikäytössä on Airpods Pro 3, mutta täytyi kiireessä valita varapari ennen työreissua, kun Applella oli ongelmia.

Sony WF-1000XM6 täytti ja hieman ylitti maltilliset odotukset. Vastameluominaisuuksissa ei juurikaan moitittavaa. Toimi paremmin kuin Airpodsit lentomatkustamisen metelien poistossa. Sonyn Sound Connect sovelluksessa saa säädettyä kuinka paljon kuulokkeet päästävät läpiluuluvuustilassa puhetta ja muuta ääntä läpi. Kuulokkeet olivat vasta rajatun ajan käytössä, joten en saanut niitä läpikuuluvuustilassa tuntumaan aivan yhtä luonnollisilta kuin Airpodseja, mutta uskon että ne saisi tuntumaa hyviltä.

Kun Sonyt lähtivät mukaan ensimmäiselle juoksulenkilleen meinasi alkuun tulla epätoivo. Sony vaihtoi itsestään joka kerta pysähdyksen jälkeen liikkeelle lähdettäessä läpikuuluvuustilan päälle (esim liikennevalojen jälkeen). Tuulisella kelillä tämä teki podcastin kuuntelusta lähes mahdotonta. Kun epätoivo kasvoi riittävästi löytyi sovelluksen asetuksista kytkin tällekkin ominaisuudelle ja loppu lenkki meni hienosti katkeamattoman melunsuodatuksen kanssa.

Käyttömukavuudesta nappasin yhden tähden pois, tämä lähinnä kotelon särmikkäiden reunojen vuoksi. Airpodsien kotelo on omaa luokkaansa tässä, mutta esim Bosen QC Ultrien kotelo on samaa kokoluokkaa Sonyen kanssa, mutta onnistuttu tekemään mukavammaksi kuljettaa taskussa. Edellisten kuulokkeiden ollessa Boset ja Airpodsit tuntui myös hankalalta tottua siihen ettei äänenvoimakkuutta voinut säätää hipaisemalla kuuloketta ylös tai alas. Naputteluunkin varmasti tottuisi ajan kanssa.

Äänenlaatu kuulosti erittäin hyvältä ja rikkaalta. Taajuuskorjain oli sovelluksesta pois päältä ja menin vakioasetuksilla. Lentokoneessa sai jopa tutuista albumeista enemmän irti kuin Airpodseilla, ehkä jopa enemmän kuin Ultrilla, mutta edellisistä Boseista on jo hetki.

TL;DR:

• Laadukkaan oloinen pari, joka vaimentaa tarvittaessa todella paljon työmatkaliikenteen ääniä.
• Äänenlaatu korkealla tasolla.
  
  
• Kömpelömpi kotelo kuin kilpailijoilla.

I've had the XM3, XM4, and XM5. Absolutely adore them. The sound quality is incredible, battery life for hours, and the ANC on these are next level.

On the positive side, these are more comfortable to wear than others I have owned and worn. On the negative side, the noise cancellation is poor, really poor. When travelling on an underground train I can't hear my music, which sort of defeats the purpose. To make matters worse, after 6 months the right earbud stopped working, so they are now back with Sony. In the meantime, I bought an update of the brand I previously had, for substantially less and I am very happy. Should never have strayed...

Äänenlaatu ja vastamelu huipputasoa ja kättöliittymä hyvin muokattavissa. Ainoat miinukset pitkäaikaisessa käytössä lievä epämukavuus ja nappien iso koko.

Oli pakko myydä eteenpäin koska memory foamit pisti korvat kipeäksi heti minulla. Koosta riippumatta.

I have very big ear canals so finding buds with ANC that fit snuggly is a challenge. Even good fitting ones slip out easily. These are the best I've found although they need a bit of twisting to stay snug. Once in the pretty much stay there and the noise cancelling is very good

It took 60 years to find out my ears are wrong. None of the pads fit and when positioned ‘correctly’, the phones are very very loose.

Sound is great but I shouldn’t have to grease my ear holes to be the phones in.

Had for a couple of weeks. Great sound, comfort and battery life.

Lapsenlapsi, lukiolainen, oli vailla kuulokkeita. Hän oli tutkinut erilaiset nappikuulokkeet ja päätyi tulokseen, että näissä on parhaat ominaisuudet. Hän ei kuitenkaan raaskinnut ostaa niitä itse säästämillään rahoilla, vaan mietti että mitkä edullisemmat sitten ostaisi. Yllätyksekseen hän sai nämä synttärilahjakseen ja oli todella yllättynyt ja iloinen. Nyt niitä jonkun aikaa jo käytettyään hän sanoi olevansa todella tyytyväinen niihin. Ovat kuulemma kaikin puolin hyvät vastamelunappikuulokkeet.

Very pleased with these ear pods the sound is well balanced across the whole tonal spectrum. They lock onto my phone really well over blue tooth without any issues, simply by removing the buds from the case. My one disappointment was that the case doesn't support fast charging so i need to have an additional charger to support this device rather than use the same charger i have all my other pieces of tech. My only reservation is not with the product but with the registration of them to ensure the warranty is valid as this seemed fraught with difficulty trying simply to logon once account was created and then to find both the appropriate products, that is the buds and the case. Help file were not helpful at all and the Ai was pointless in advising offering no alternative helpful advice.

This is not a problem i have had with any other product from other manufactures, so was very disappointing. I have finally managed to complete this process but it was very frustrating and wasted a lot of time.

That said the earbuds do work very well and I am very pleased with them

I have not been able to test them in all situations but so far so good. I also own the top of the range Sony over the ears headphones the only problem is in hot weather I tend to sweat but these do not seem to cause the same problem as much. The noise cancellation works fine providing they are seated in the ears well. The sound quality is fine. Connectivity is very good but it is not made clear in the instructions that you can use LDAC. I find the modern presentation of instructions is not as good as in the past.

Honestly I don't think they could be better.. upgraded from some pixel buds pro 2s... And these blow them out of the water... Noise cancellation is next level, perfect

I just dont like them. Coming from XM4s, I dislike the new profile and find them to be disappointing. I regret purchasing and wish i could just return them for a refund

I have had these about 2 weeks and were replacement for some sony link buds and wf-1000xm5's.

The new buds are great and sound is good. If I'm being picky, new buds are a bit big in size. Other than that good 5 stars.

Terrible battery life. Do not recommend. Does not last over 6 hours of continuous use. I regret buying these headphones.

My son bought me these earbuds after my 1000xm3 earbuds lost battery power and were too expensive to have the batteries replaced. The latest 1000xm6 have far and away improved the listening experience, and the noise cancelling is excellent with many improved features.

These earbuds are audiophile quality compared to my hi fi set up !!

Hyvä korvaaja Jabra Elite 7 Prolle, joka minulla on ollut useita vuosia.

Miinukset:

• Läpikulku (ympäristön ääni) ei ole yhtä selkeää ja se, miten kuulet itsesi, kuulostaa luonnottomalta. Myös kohinaa on jatkuvasti.
• Kosketuspainikkeita on vaikea käyttää, eivätkä ne ole tavanomaisia, koska aiemmin kuulin fyysisillä painikkeilla.

• Pitkä akunkesto.
