Have had this a while now, I like the different options for cleaning, it charges very well and lasts ages, love it

I've been using this headset for over 4 years. After a few weeks, it was replaced under warranty because the motor was extremely noisy. It is one of the best designs with features currently on the market. The product feels premium, especially the case, which is very slim and sleek, saving a lot of space in hand luggage or a washbag when I travel. The USB-C charging port makes this case very universal to use with your daily phone cables. However, it has one downside, or to be more precise, I miss having a UVC lamp in this case to sanitize the brush heads. I hope the next generation of this slim case will include a UVC lamp, as it is very essential when traveling.

I've had three of these handles now - I bought the first, it developed a fault and was replaced, the replacement developed the same fault and was also replaced. I'm torn because when it's working, I love it - it's quiet, and effective, and I like the app functionality - but three handles all developing the same issue (the shaft comes loose whereupon it's unusable to all intents and purposes - noisy and wobbly) seems to indicate a design flaw. I'm a careful, instruction-following person so I'm pretty sure it's not operator error!

Compared to my previous Diamond Clean Prestige, this is not as good. It feels less powerful and, whilst the redesign of the power button is good, now crud can't get underneath it, the touch sensitive power level switch is way too easy to touch while using the the brush. This means that you keep inadvertently changing there power setting unless you hold the brush by the sides, which is not very comfortable. For the money, I'm not impressed.

This is the best toothbrush I have used. It does everything it says on the box. My teeth are cleaner and gums feel better. A lot better than my Oral b IO toothbrush. Worth the extra expense!

I purchased the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige because it was the top of the range, and I thought it would be the best electric toothbrush and give the best results. I am hugely disappointed with this product. Although it has five modes: deep clean, clean, white, gum health and sensitive; you can’t move between modes unless you open the App on your phone using WIFI or Bluetooth. I don’t expect to have to fiddle with my phone while I’m cleaning my teeth. But I do want to use ‘deep clean’ and move on the ‘white’ during cleaning without having to log on to my phone. How ridiculous, how disappointing. What a waste of money….

It was not as powerful as I expected. A design flaw was that when using the toothbrush it was easy to press the 3 intensity dots, thus inadvertently reducing the strength of the clean.

After a couple of weeks the recharging device stopped working and the toothbrush effectively died.

I returned to the supplier and got a refund.

I have always regarded this brand as the best cleaning experience ever, but this is the second brush which has been faulty, so I am reluctantly considering other options.

what’s an amazing product this is the best electric toothbrush that I have used up-to-date clean your teeth with ease and features that let you know when you’re brushing too hard or brushing too fast this product is a little bit pricey so if you’d like to treat yourself, why not Everybody deserves a treat now and then I recommend this product

For me this is a game changer how I brush my teeth. Because of the app guidance I definitely pay more attention to proper brushing and realised how poorly I was brushing my teeth before.

Exactly the same as before, does the job with minimal effort, the app is useful.

Fantastic toothbrush….for 6-12 months whilst it worked. I’m on my fourth warranty claim. Buyer beware.

The product is very loud and it lost power after a few weeks, but for the for few days it felt great, pity the feeling last very little.

It's a good toothbrush but I'm now on my third Prestige. The first two both failed in identical ways. Also the app is very clunky and needs more simplification.

Battery size is poor, app is appalling- poor experience

Had a previous model which broke so upgraded to this one, not sure it's any better than the previous but do like it alerts me if going too hard but cheaper alternatives on market

Really good brush the /minute switch off is brilliant ,always brush my teeth for 2minutes at a time

It suits my need for a good toothbrush which can easily be recharged with a usb socket. The timings on the cleaning options are a bit strange. The only logical one being the whitening one which has 6 x 30 second spells. The normal clean has 6x 20 second spells it would be better with just 4x 30 seconds.

Firstly, I don't like the vibration which is very different to my brain electric brush.

Secondly it claims to whiten teeth in just one week, but after a month my teeth were noticeably more stained than they usually are. I see on website FAQs (not shown on packaging) the claim of whiter teeth is v a manual toothbrush, what a con.

Thirdly, I cannot feel any change in vibration to tell you how long you have been brushing.

I am going back to my brain oral b toothbrush.

I loved it the first week until it couldn’t charge anymore for no reason, now all I’m left with is a normal toothbrush and it’s been terrible trying to contact anyone to repair it or send me a new one..

It’s pricy but it’s worth it. I’ve been using Philips toothbrushes since 2015 and this one is the best. Just the right amount of pressure and I after mouthwash it feels that I’ve been to my dentist for hygiene cleaning. Highly recommended!
