Bought a washer dryer paid for installation, dispose

1( got wrong colour which I accepted because it looks nice so ok)

2 the installation went wrong immediately after they left end with leaking from connection point my cabinet floods had to get rid of many items called to get urgent help of course got non sense reply about not able to

3 they postponed the dispose of old item as they claim it is still have water and afraid for it will affect the other items ok fair enough what about us ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought this washer dryer and have been using it regularly. With a busy household, we do a lot of washing, and this machine has handled it really well so far.

The wash programmes are easy to use and effective, especially the quick wash and fabric-specific options. Drying has also been reliable, and the low-heat setting is great for more delicate items.

The ThinQ app is a nice bonus — being able to download extra programmes and control the machine from my phone is very convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance and would recommend it.

The smell is pungent when using the dryer for the first 6 to 8 times and is unacceptable for a high end machine. For it to give off such a smell something must be getting very hot! Why can't these be run in the factory ahead of sending them out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely washer Dryer. All washing so far is excellent. It also has a really good and useful App on my phone. I had a 10 year old version of this machine which had a more sophisticated display but no App. I do miss the more detailed LCD display, you have to look in the App to find the details now. I think it would be easier if you could set a delay start time rather than having to work out how long the wash will take and set an end time using Delay End.

Happy with the purchase. Looks cool, works well. Auto weight is smart, saving time for light loads. Spin is powerful maybe too powerful. And much quieter than old one. Good value for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact, quiet and very very good at washing clothes, I have had an LG washer for over 12 years prior but due to modern energy time of use tariffs I wanted to be able to wash and dry a load of washing over night during off peak electricity costs. The 11kg wash load is fantastic for doing duvets and blankets, and being able to wash and dry 6kg in one single cycle is ideal. Turbo wash 360 does a fantastic job of reducing wash times if you are in a hurry, even using it on towels you still get great results. Hopefully this machine lasts as long as my previous LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this washing machine last only for 9 days and then it stopped working. In display was showing IE error- the water still get pumping in and out, but the error never didn't disappear. Returned it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer dryer has been a lot of trouble since the day it was delivered, the whole drying system had to be replaced after 4.5 months and now it is showing an error IE that 2 engineer visits have failed to fix so using my local laundrete for now and machine is only 9 months old
