I had beat headphones but I was feeling pain wearing the headphone. Bose headphones I feel comfortable around my ears. I also like that the headphones customise to your ears.

I like the noise cancelling. Also you can listen to 3 types of modes, which are great. Bose are worth the money.

I literally bought this gem a month ago and it’s certainly a great upgrade to my old headphones! I love how comfy it is and you don’t need to physically turn it off the headphone.

I had ear surgery in May and had to replace my (in ear) noise cancelling with over the ear headphones to block out loud noise . I tried on several well known brands for me honestly nothing came close to Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen). I listen to a lot of Classical and Movie Music and on the quiet mode I can be totally zoned out absorbed in my music Sound quality feels Your at a Concert . . The quality of the Headphones is excellent light weight, comfortable on my ears for long periods. I also like that the Headphones Customise to Your Ears, Highly Recommend these Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones ( 2nd Generation) .

Excellent noise cancelling. Comfortable to wear and great sound quality.

I bought them a couple of weeks and I've used them a lot. I'm a bit disappointed. The ANC isn't as good as expected. I got them cos my Apple Beats Pro buds' ANC let through too much noise of people talking but the Bose aren't much better. It's also very very annoying that there's no way to know the battery level without connecting them to the app. They are also quite a loose fit so if I tip my head forward they slide and almost fall off. I wouldn't recommend them.

A perfect travel companion , can’t do without it. Lighter than the old QC35 I had for years. Love love the Spatial Audio effect

Excellent sound quality overall. My only complaint is the design of the headband. When I remove the headphones and wear them around my neck, the frame frequently pinches my neck, which is surprisingly painful and makes them uncomfortable to wear in that position.

Had the QCii headphones for 8 years and they still worked up to the day the tragically got accidentally damaged. I immediately replaced them with the Ultra’s and they didn’t disappoint. Here’s to another decade of amazing daily-used headphones.

I've never heard the sound of other headphone brands, I've never bought any; I've always stuck with Bose. If I'm happy, why change? With this new model, it's like hearing some music for the first time, especially movie soundtracks. I wonder what will come next.

The sound quality is so amazing - I got goosebumps! I'm having to get used to wearing headphones rather than earpods and at first they felt a little bit heavy and my ears got warm - but I soon got use to it. My only criticism is that I have a fairly small head and so even on the smallest setting there are a tiny bit too big and so sit a bit low on my ears.

Having used these headphones for the past two weeks I am very Impressed with the noise reduction and the comfortable feel when wearing them.

It was a little tricky fitting the headphones into the carry case but after a few goes I seem to have mastered it.

I've had multiple types to Bose headphons and recently Upgraded to the Ultra Gen2, the Noise Cancelling and Audio quality are as amazing as you would expect. The real improvement is in the quality of the Bluetooth connectivity which in previous versions has been hugely problematic. In the Ultras this has been generally resolved and the Bluetooth now easily handle multi-connect and handoffs which has been a huge improvement.

Noise cancellation is the best in the business. Very...very comfortable.

Much better than I expected for music reproduction , much better than my Sony SM6 phones.

Yes good headphones for basic use.

This is my second pair. 1stGen but now Gen2’s. I love the finish of the black & gold. Very comfy.
