tracked dirt and gravel into the house .. bigger issue is the massive rush he was in, just tossing stuff around (eg pans that came with it onto the counter and against the backsplash - glad things didn't chip), using an undersized hand truck to carry the oven by its side (which can warp it), power tools to tighten things that should be hand tightened, speeding down a quiet neighborhood street where kids are always playing, the list goes on .. very unprofessional
