Third class product
The product doesn’t help smooth hair and is may be designed for specific hairs. Thus, the product is getting dusted and in no use. Asked for refund, the customer service guy gives long face as if he is being forced to work for free and he didn’t returned the product mentioning hygiene as a reason. This the last purchase from verkkokauppa, not only the product is bad but a few customer service providers there need to learn about customer service
