You can order old device pickup for recycling along with your home delivery.

The recycling service is available for household appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. Large TVs can also be recycled. For air heat pumps, recycling can be ordered as an additional service.

If you only order recycling, the device must be disconnected from all attachments, connections, and power sources, and placed near the exterior door where it can be easily collected for transport. Devices connected to high-voltage power must not be disconnected by the customer. Access to the pickup location must be unobstructed, and floor and wall surfaces should be adequately protected.

If you also order installation of a new equivalent device, removal of the old device is included in the service. We recommend ordering installation and old device recycling together to simplify setup.

The returned device must correspond to the delivered product for recycling. You can include up to three devices for delivery and recycling in one order. The number of recycled devices must not exceed the number of new equivalent products delivered. The device to be recycled must be emptied of all liquids and materials.
