The basic installation price of €705 includes:

A radius of 20 km from the store without km charges.
Installation of indoor and outdoor units, including wall bracket and fasteners.
Making one penetration through a wooden wall with a maximum thickness of 30 cm.
Insulated refrigerant pipes and casing of the refrigerant line up to 4 m.
Electrical wiring between devices + condensate drain pipe.
Power supply for the device from a grounded socket, distance max. 4 m, and safety switch as needed for installation. (Installations comply with current regulations and good installation practices)
Mounting of the outdoor unit with a wall bracket or installation on a ground stand as appropriate. The ground stand and its foundations are not included in the installation.
Installation protocol.

Considerations for installation:

If the customer does not want a separate paid site visit for the device installation assessment, they take responsibility for ensuring that the wall material of the installation location they have reported is correct. For example, if the customer has stated that the wall material is concrete, a diamond drilling company will always be ordered to the site. If it turns out during installation that the wall material was reported incorrectly and did not require diamond drilling, the diamond drilling ordered will always be at the customer's expense. Or if, for example, the customer has stated that the wall material is wood, but it turns out that the material requires diamond drilling, then the unnecessary site visit by the installation crew will also be at the customer's expense.

If the device is installed in an upper floor and the installation height is over 4 m, a site visit is always required before installation to assess the necessary scaffolding or lift.
The customer arranges construction site electricity for the installation if the property is in the construction phase.
There must be at least one electrical connection (10A) for the indoor and outdoor units, 16A can be used. Clearing the installation site is not included in the basic installation; it can be performed as additional work according to the hourly rate.
Refrigerant and electrical installations can only be performed by an installer approved by the Safety and Chemicals Agency (TUKES). Suomen lämpöpumppuasennukset Oy only uses installers who have these permits in order.
Installations comply with current regulations and good installation practices.
Installations comply with current occupational safety requirements.
The installer will deliver the old pump to an alternative and appropriate recycling point if desired, according to the price list, and at the customer's request. Recycling legislation will be followed.
If the previously agreed installation time is not suitable, please inform the installer directly three days in advance.
